Public Schools of Robeson County seeks Proposals for Drug Counseling Providers Drug Counseling Program Specifications Overview:The Public Schools of Robeson County (Robeson County; North Carolina) is seeking proposals for the delivery of evidence-based drug counseling programs throughout the state targeting middle school and high school students. The program will encompass both prevention and intervention services. Prevention programs are designed to help students avoid or minimize future problems related to alcohol and other drug use, while intervention programs are designed to help students who are already experiencing problems. I. RULES AND PROCEDURES GOVERNINGPROPOSAL PREPARATIONS AND SUBMITTALA. INTRODUCTIONThis section describes the rules and procedures that guide the proposals process. These terms are considered mandatory requirements and failure by the respondent to adhere to them may result in elimination from further consideration of the respondent in the proposal selection process.B. PRE-SUBMISSION PROCEDURES B.1 Requests for InformationThis RFP is being issued by the Public Schools of Robeson County. The County reserves the right to issue addenda if required.Submission of a proposal shall be considered evidence that the Respondent is familiar with and understands the solicitation, its terms, and general conditions under which this contract will be awarded, administered, and performed.
