Carl Bullard, 62, of 2458 Hezekiah Road, died May 26, 2006, at Manor Care Facility in Pinehurst.
The funeral will be 4 p.m. today at Locklear & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, the Revs. Kenneth Locklear, Bill J. Locklear and Dell Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Bullard Family Cemetery.
Surviving are two brothers, Johnie P. Bullard Jr. and Vickie Bullard, both of Maxton.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Locklear & Sons Funeral Home.
