Judy Ann Locklear, 66, of 735 Solomn Road, was born Feb. 15, 1945 and departed this life to be with Jesus on Feb. 23, 2011, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Riverside Independent Baptist Church, the Revs. Jimmy McNeill, Terry Locklear and Garry Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Lowery family cemetery.
Judy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend. She will truly be missed.
She was preceded in death by her precious and devoted husband of 47 years, Floyd (Bo) Locklear; her mother, Hazel Lowry; three brothers, Scottie Jones, Terry Lowry, and Mickey Lowry.
Judy is survived by her two daughters, Ginger Jacobs (Gregory Jacobs) and Sherrie Harris (Credence Harris), both of Pembroke; two sisters, Deanie Mash of Statesville and Robin Locklear of Conway, S.C.; two brothers, Jeff Lowry and Larkie Lowry, both of Pembroke; a special aunt, Hannah Stanton of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Misty Jacobs, Ryan Jacobs, Gabriel Jacobs, Brennen Harris and Tyler Harris, all of Pembroke; four great-grandchildren, Naryiah Jacobs, Robert Brandon Barnes Jr., Miley Locklear and Tanley Locklear, all of Pembroke; special nieces; special nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Revels Funeral Home in Pembroke.
Maudie Mae Wiggins, 99, of Red Springs, died Feb. 25, 2011, at Kingswood Nursing Center in Aberdeen.
A private graveside service will be held at the Alloway Cemetery, Pastor Randy Locklear officiating.
Surviving are three daughters, Darlene Varnum of Red Springs, Janie Guthrie of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Ann Kelly of Woodland Park, Colo.; a stepson, Bobby L. Wiggins of Graham; 23 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Crumpler Funeral Home in Red Springs.
Mackaela Hatcher, 4 months, of 3036 U.S. 74 West, died Feb. 24, 2011, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
Burial will be at a later date.
Surviving are her father, Micheal Hatcher; her mother, Annie Hatcher; and a sister, Kierin Hatcher.

Freddie A. Jordan, 87, of 280 Grimes Singletary Road, died Feb. 23, 2011, at Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Clark Chapel AME Zion Church in Tar Heel, the Rev. Willie McCrimmon officiating.
Surviving are his wife, Elouise Jordan; and a sister, Kathleen Jordan.
The visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today at McKoy & Sons Mortuary in St. Pauls.
Rosalie Bryant, 82, of Elizabethtown, entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 25, 2011.
The funeral will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Burial will be 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Dunn.
Surviving are two daughters, Patsy Lewis and Linda Melvin, both of Elizabethtown; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home.
Corean T. Mitchell, 79, of 4297 Centerville Church Road, died Feb. 24, 2011, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Aaron Swamp Baptist Church, the Rev. Paul McDowell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving are six sons, Larry Taylor and Troy Mitchell, both of Lumberton, Roy Mitchell of High Point, Allen Mitchell of Hickory, Alfonzo Mitchell and Bobby Mitchell, both of Fairmont; seven daughters, Shawn Baker, Sally Mitchell, and Carol Mitchell, all of Lumberton, Patricia Jamison of Temple, Texas, Veronica Brown and Tammy Mitchell, both of Fairmont, Aline Lee of Greensboro; a brother, J.W. Taylor of Charlotte; three sisters, Betty Taylor of Darlington, S.C., Carolyn Borden and Oneal Taylor, both of Thomasville; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Colvin Funeral Home in Lumberton.
