Norris Angela Nye Blackmon, 70, of 2610 N.C. 130 West, died Wednesday at Duke University Medical Center.
A graveside service was held at noon today at Fairmont Cemetery, Brother Phil Nye officiated.
Surviving are her mother Letha Taylor Scott, of Fairmont; a brother, Phil Nye of Charlotte; and a sister, Beverly Nye Curtiss of Charlotte.
The family will receive friends after the graveside service.
