FAIRMONT Madelyn Rose Sealey, a seventh-grader at Orrum Middle School, attended the Junior National Young Leaders Conference Alumni Boston from July 18 through July 23.
More than 250 middle school students from across the nation were chosen to attend based on academics, leadership and maturity.
She is the daughter of Fit and Mary Lou Sealey and the granddaughter of Tim and Dona Monroe, all of Fairmont.
