Bridget Alease Parker-Arnold, 45, of 101 Hidden Forest Court, Jonesbourogh, Tenn., died Monday at her home.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown Wynne Funeral Home in Cary, N.C. Committal and entombment will follow at the Raleigh Memorial Park in Raleigh, N.C.
Arnold, a native of Baltimore, was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. James Branson Chavis, both of Fayetteville, N.C., and Geri and George Fisk, both of Pembroke, N.C. She was a homemaker and was active in community and charity work.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Glenn Parker; her paternal grandparents, Fred D. and Macie Brooks Chavis; and her maternal grandparents, The Rev. Roy and Lela Jones Maynor.
Surviving are her husband, Larry Arnold of the home; three sons, James Mitchell Joyner and his fianc, Stacy Masino, both of Cary, William Prescott Parker and his wife, Danielle, both of Johnson City, and Drew Brooks Parker of the home; a daughter, Brooke Alease Parker of the home; a grandson, William Andrew Parker; a brother, James B. Chavis Jr. of Rowland, N.C.; three stepbrothers, Stephen Fisk and his wife, Jill, both of Fayetteville, Dave Fisk of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Scott Allen and his wife, Corrina, both of Parma, Ohio; two nephews, James B. Chavis III of Pembroke, and Stephen Nickolas of Fayetteville; a niece, Cathleen Fisk of Fayetteville; her mother and father-in-law, Douglas and Imogene Arnold of Kingsport, Tenn.; a brother and sister-in-law, Jeffery and Donna Horton, both of Kingsport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who dearly loved her.
The family will receive friends Friday night from 7 to 9 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home in Cary.
