LUMBERTON — Anthony Grimaldi has been named director of behavioral health and Steve Milston has been named director of information technology and chief information officer for Southeastern Health.

Grimaldi earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., in 1986 with a major in Psychology. He earned a master’s degree from Southern Illinois University in clinical psychology in 1992 and has held certifications in addiction counseling in New York, Missouri and Illinois.

He has over 24 years of experience founding and operating multi-site behavioral health care and treatment centers, with an extensive knowledge of Medicaid. He was the recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award in New York.

“There is no greater honor than working as a team to make a difference in the life of another,” said Grimaldi, a New York native, currently residing in Southport with his wife, Teresa, and their five children.

Milston earned a bachelor’s degree in communications at the University of Minnesota in 1971. He has completed executive seminars at Harvard, MIT and the Wharton School of Business.

Milston previously owned a management consulting company, Steve Milston & Associates, Inc., and has served as vice president and CIO for Provider Services Group Inc.

“I completely enjoy the challenge of providing the best service to the staff at Southeastern Health so that they can, in turn, provide the best service to our patients,” said Milston.

A native of Minneapolis, Minn., Milston currently lives in Lumberton with his wife, Judy, and has two grown children.
