The cost of prescription drugs continues to shift, and there are no signs that these costs will go down. There are available resources to help with prescription costs and Robeson Health Care Corporation may have the solution to meet your needs.

Are you or a member of your family struggling to pay for medication each month? If so, Robeson Health Care Corporation’s pharmacy services may be the solution to your problem. RHCC currently has two pharmacies in Robeson County and both are always accepting new patients.

RHCC is a federally qualified health center which enables the corporation to purchase medications at reduced prices. With these reduced prices, we are able to pass along great savings to our patients. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. If you or someone you may know does not have health insurance, we can save the uninsured a great deal of money on maintenance medications such as insulin, asthma inhalers, blood pressure medication, and frankly many other commonly prescribed medications.

We offer home grown personal service with short waiting times and notification when your prescriptions are ready through text or email. We also offer one-on-one counseling to help patients understand how to properly take medications, and if a patient qualifies, we offer assistance programs to help purchase some medications.

The pharmacies are located inside Lumberton Health Center at 402 N. Pine St. in Lumberton, and South Robeson Medical Center located at 1212 S. Walnut St. in Fairmont.

In addition to these two pharmacies, RHCC also plans to have the pharmacy at Julian Pierce Health Center located in Pembroke open during April. All of RHCC’s pharmacists are local and have ties to the communities they serve. Combined, all RHCC pharmacists have professional work experience totaling 100 years, and all of the pharmacists are willing and able to share knowledge, compassion and their expertise with all patients.

We believe in taking the extra effort to care for our patients and we do everything humanly possible to provide our patients the best care and customer service in Robeson County. If you are currently a patient of RHCC and are taking advantage of our pharmacy services, we thank you. If you are not a patient of any of our sites, consider becoming a patient to be able to enjoy the benefit of affordable medication, dispensed by friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists with little wait time. We will gladly give you our price for the medication you are currently taking and either get new prescriptions for you, or transfer your current prescriptions to our pharmacy for you.
