LUMBERTON — Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Erica Peacock has joined the staff at the Lumberton Children’s Clinic.
“We are extremely excited to have Erica on board in our Lumberton office. Her experience in pediatrics will be a great addition to our team,” said Ricardo Pojol, medical director of the Lumberton Children’s Clinic.
Peacock, a native of Richmond County, will begin seeing patients this month. She is certified with the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the North Carolina Pediatric Society. She is a graduate of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at UNC-Chapel Hill, holds a master’s degree in nursing, and has more than 20 years of experience in the medical field.
The Lumberton clinic is operated by Children’s Health of Carolina, which also operates Pembroke Pediatrics, Cumberland Children’s Clinic, Raeford Pediatrics and RobesonChild Health Plus.
