PEMBROKE — No arrests have been made in the shooting death of a Pembroke teenager on Saturday, according to the Pembroke Police Department.

Phillip Locklear, 18, was found dead with two gunshots wounds to his chest at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, according to Detective Todd Harris. Harris said Locklear was found in the front yard of a home where he had been staying on Cornith Road in Harris Mobile Home Park.

The incident is being investigated as a homicide.

Harris said police have identified suspects in the murder,, but that as of this afternoon no charges had been filed.

No other information was available this afternoon.
