Thefts


Margaret White, of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone stole her prescription, valued at $23.91, at Walgreens on Fayetteville Road, according to a police report.


Ivey Britt, of Web Road, Lumberton, reported Thursday that someone broke into her car at Lowe’s Foods on Fayetteville Road, causing $300 in damage to the window, and stole $800 worth of items, including a stereo and a 12-gauge Remington shotgun, according to a police report.


Charles Stone, of Southfield Road, Lumberton, reported a $3,000 Goodman air-conditioning unit stolen on Wednesday, according to a police report.


Rex Holmes reported Wednesday that $20 in body wash was stolen from Bo’s Supermarket on East Fifth Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Becky Ann Weaver, of Pearl Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that her $8 wallet and $60 in cash were stolen at Walmart on Fayetteville Road, according to a police report.


John Cantey reported Wednesday that a $2,000 air-conditioning unit was stolen from a vacant residence on Pearl Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Theresa Hayes, of Gaddy Road, Fairmont, reported Wednesday that her $450 iPhone 4S was stolen at Dollar General on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Laura Sampson, of West Drive, Lumberton, reported a $5,000 16-foot trailer stolen on Wednesday, according to a police report.


Lakisha Jennings, of Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that someone broke into her house and stole a $400 Emerson television, a $400 Samsung tablet and a $60 Magnavox DVD player, according to a police report.


Melissa Strickland reported Wednesday that three packs of New York strip steaks, valued at $26.12 each, were stolen from Food Lion on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Virginia Davis, of Bonanza Drive, Fairmont, reported Wednesday that $300 in cash was stolen from her at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Vandalism


Nancy Wallace, of North Walnut Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone threw a brick through a window on her house, causing $100 in damage, according to a police report.


Lucy Maynor Lowry, of West 17th Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into her storage building and set straw on fire, causing $2,400 in damage, according to a police report.
