LUMBERTON — Stacy Jacobs, maintenance caretaker of Woodfield Apartments in Lumberton, has received the Partnership Property Management’s Territory Maintenance Caretaker of the Year award for 2015.
Jacobs was presented with the award at the company’s annual banquet in Florence, South Carolina, on Dec. 9. The award is given to a field employee chosen from nominees from more than 13 properties. The Lumberton communities provide affordable housing for the elderly and disabled.
Jacobs has worked with Partnership Property Management since 2008 and was nominated by his property manager, Drew Leonard.
According to a statement from the company, Jacobs was given the award because he “works aggressively to make the apartment community a safe, quiet and enjoyable home for all his residents.”
