LUMBERTON — Linda Metzger, a sales affiliate with Century 21 — The Real Estate Center, has won the company’s Ruby Masters Award for sales production.

According to a statement from the company, Metzger met the minimum sales production of $117,000 or 32 transactions within a calendar year. Along with a trophy, she will receive an invitation to the annual Century 21 Top Agent Retreat.

“It is truly an honor to receive the Masters Award and be recognized among such talented and dedicated group of real estate sales professionals,” Metzger said.

Century 21 — The Real Estate Center is located at 4850 Fayetteville Road in Lumberton. The brokerage is owned by Elliott Williamson and specializes in commercial, residential and land properties.
