LUMBERTON — An interactive discussion on raised-bed gardening will be held March 11 from 10 a.m until noon at the O. P. Owens Agriculture Center.

Mack Johnson, Extension horticulture agent, said the workshop will explain what raised bed gardening is; which crops are feasible; how much space is needed; and whether more produce can be harvested using season extension techniques.
