PEMBROKE — Nine employees of Lumbee Guaranty Bank have been promoted or transferred to other positions, according to information provided by the Pembroke-based bank.
Crystal Collins has been promoted to city executive for the Lumberton market. Collins will work out of the Fayetteville Road branch and will manage that office. Her duties will include oversight of the three Lumberton branches and business development in that market.
Allen Davidson has been transferred to the Raeford branch as its manager. He will continue in his role as regional executive in charge of four locations, Raeford, Hope Mills, Red Springs and St. Pauls.
Jonathan DeCarlo has been promoted to manager of the Lake Rim branch in Fayetteville.
James Gore will continue in his role as regional executive and now has oversight of eight branches — three in Lumberton, two in Pembroke, and one each in Fairmont, Maxton, and Rowland. Gore will remain at the Pine Street branch in Lumberton.
Amanda Hunt has been promoted to manager of the Pembroke main branch.
Mark Madden has been transferred to the Fairmont as branch manager.
Carmen Serbio has been promoted to city executive for the Fayetteville market. He will continue in his role as business development officer for Cumberland County and will remain at the Lake Rim branch.
Harrison Sweat has been promoted to area executive and business development officer. His primary responsibilities will include developing commercial business for all Robeson County markets, excluding Lumberton, Red Springs, and St. Pauls. Sweat also will have oversight of the Fairmont, Maxton, and Rowland branches, while remaining in the Pembroke main branch.
Bradley Strickland has been promoted to branch manager of the University Plaza office in Pembroke.
