Thefts

Randy Lawson, of Long Branch Drive, reported Wednesday that someone broke into his car at Walmart on Fayetteville Road and stole his $10 wallet, his ID, Social Security card, a BB&T money bag, a checkbook, $1,000 in cash and a $150 check, according to a police report.

Saul Paulinsky, of Hickory, reported Wednesday that someone broke into his car at International Paper on Caton Road, causing $400 in damage, and stole a $20 wallet, $20 in cash and $35 worth of other items, including IDs and bank cards, according to a police report.

Tahauna Crowder, of Lee Circle, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that a $1,500 couch, $650 washer, $1,500 bed and dresser set and $60 microwave were stolen from her home, according to a police report.

Brenda McRae, of California Drive, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke in to her home, causing $150 in damage to a door,a nd then caused $100 damage to a table and stole a $75 microwave and a $460 fryer, according to a police report.

Corey Britt reported Wednesday that someone broke into a car at M&M Auto Sales, causing $100 in damage each to the door and the dashboard, and stole the $100 radio and three car batteries valued at $75 each.

Mark Chapman, of Labelle, Florida, reported Wednesday that someone entered his unlocked vehicle at Titan Flow Control on Fox Road in Lumberton and stole $100 in cash and $1,345 worth of items, including an iPad, a wallet, bank and ID cards and a GPS system, according to a police report.

Tommy Henry reported Wednesday that $234 worth of neon lights were stolen from Advance Auto Parts on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Roscoe McRae, of East First Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that his $100 bicycle was stolen at 102 N. Cedar St., according to a police report.

Chris Moore reported Thursday that someone cut the fence at M&M Auto Sales on East Fifth Street and stole two passenger side car doors, valued at $250 each, four car batteries and a car stereo, according to a police report.. The batteries and stereo were recovered, the report said.
