Gabrielle Isaac | The Robesonian St. Pauls Elementary School hosted its annual Grandparent’s day on Friday. Grandparents were served breakfast by students, heard a presentation about education from N.C. Rep. Garland Pierce and were able to visit their grandchildren in their classrooms. Meredith Thornhill, standing, played host to a few grandparents as she helped her kindergarten class count the number of days they have been in school. Thornhill was assisted by interpreter Jackie Jones and teacher assistant Lindy Taylor.
