LUMBERTON — Sandy Grove Baptist Church, located at 1601 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Lumberton, will host the 15th pastoral anniversary of its pastor, the Rev. T. Shedrick Byrd, with a banquet on July 23.

There will be a pre-anniversary service with special guest speaker James D. Bullard, who will speak on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Ralph Canty will speak on July 23 at Holiday Inn in Lumberton at 6 p.m. Post anniversary services will feature the Rev. Marvin Clowney Sr., who will speak at 7:45 a.m. on July 24, and the Rev. John D. Fuller Sr., who will speak on July 24 at 11 a.m.
