Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Crystal Gail Barcenas, of D&D Vette Shop at 1155 N. Roberts Ave., reported on Tuesday that someone broke into the business’ 2002 GMC Envoy and stole the rear hatch from the vehicle valued at $500 and four tires and wheels valued at $1,100 a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu, according to a police report. Damage to two windows of the GMC Envoy was estimated at $400.

LUMBERTON — Grace Edwards, of Central Funeral Home at 511 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, reported on Tuesday that someone broke into the business’ 1995 Mercury Villager and stole a battery valued at $65, according to a police report. Damage to the driver’s side door, ignition, and steering column was estimated at $515.

LUMBERTON — Gaylord Vincent Hunt, of Robeson Health Care Corporation at 60 Commerce Plaza, Pembroke, reported on Tuesday that someone broke into the business’ 2005 Ford Freestar while it was parked at Walmart at 5070 Fayetteville Road, and stole a $500 laptop, according to a police report. Damage to a window was estimated at $200.

Thefts

LUMBERTON — Michelle Khan, of Minuteman Food Mart at 2530 E. Fifth St., reported on Tuesday that someone filled their vehicle with $22.52 worth of gasoline and drove away without paying, according to a police report.

Vandalism

LUMBERTON — Darlene Scott Wilkins, of N.C. 711, reported on Tuesday that someone cracked the windshield and scratched the driver’s side door of her 2002 GMC Envoy while it was parked at her home, causing $700 damage, according to a police report.
