LUMBERTON — Karolyn Martin has joined Southeastern Surgical Center, an affiliate of Southeastern Health, as a certified physician’s assistant.
A native of Nebraska, Martin completed a bachelor’s degree in health information management from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Neb., in 2007, and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Methodist University in Fayetteville in December. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
“I look forward to working in Lumberton and establishing relationships with the patients here,” Martin said.
She and her husband, Steve, live in Gray’s Creek.
