Teen dies after being pulled from Maxton pond
MAXTON — A 19-year-old Rowland teenager died Friday in a Charlotte hospital hours after sheriff’s deputies pulled him from the waters of a Maxton pond, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
