The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert on Monday for Clyde Purnay Hatcher Jr., who was last seen at 165 Barley Green Drive in a Navy blue 2003 Ford Explorer with a North Carolina license plate reading XNT9841.
