LUMBERTON — Jim Parker has added electricity to an eclectic resume.
Parker, a Lumberton doctor and a partner in an international bicycling business, recently had $30,000 worth of solar panels affixed to the roof of his Lumberton home — enough to power his own home and sell the excess.
