LUMBERTON — Alec Dent, 15, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in the Boy Scouts of America. Dent is a member of Troop 301 in Lumberton. He is the son of Eric and Amy Dent. For his Eagle Scout project, Dent restored all of the highway historical markers in Robeson County.
