PEMBROKE — Lumbee Tribal Chairman Paul Brooks has named Tony Hunt interim tribal administrator for the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. FAIRMONT — Motivated by his love for art, Tom Volkman quickly accepted Mayor Charles Kemp’s request to reinvent a mural on the south wall at Fairmont’s Heritage Park.
