Sanford Jacobs Sanford Jacobs LUMBERTON — Sanford “Billy” Jacobs, 69, of Pine Log Road, departed this life on April 22, 2013, at UNC-Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday at Union Chapel Community Church, the Revs. Jimmy Strickland and Willie Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Lumbee Memorial Gardens.
