Local schools recognized for good behavior

FAYETTEVILLE — The North Carolina High School Athletic Association honored St. Pauls High School and Fairmont High School on Monday for having ejection-free years during the 2014-15 sports season.

The awards were presented to representatives from each school at a Region 4 meeting in Fayetteville.

The Bulldogs were represented by athletics director Matthew Hunt and Principal Jason Suggs. Fairmont athletics director Michael Baker accepted the award on behalf of the Golden Tornadoes.

Local baseball team seeking players
