Brian Duckworth, free hot dogs, Miss Lumbee Whitney McFarland, Lauren Miller, unveiling of our new community watch plan “cops helping cops,” and door prize drawings. Fight crime and beat the heat indoors at National Night Out.
Also … Tuesday-Thursday, Aug. 2-4, Fairmont High School’s Freshmen Transition Academy. Orientation of all incoming Fairmont High School freshmen. 8:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. each day out at the high school.
Friday, Aug. 5th- family movie night with “Shrek Forever After” at 8:30 p.m. FDC Pavilion in the Park. Bring a chair/snacks and enjoy it with us on the big screen.
Saturday, Aug. 6th - Senior Bingo. 1:00-3:00 p.m. at The Heritage Center.

Tuesday, Aug. 16th - Town Board meeting. 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers at Town Hall.
Thursday, Aug. 18th - Community Watch meeting. “Cops helping cops” plan begins/explained to public. Please attend.
Friday, Aug. 19th - 1st day back for teachers. You have our best wishes and support in your task of educating and improving the lives of our community children. God bless all our teachers, administrators, coaches.
