Samuel Bird of Pembroke and Vickie Bullard Castrejon of Red Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Crystal Bullard, to Brad Elliott Clark, the son of Charles and Harveline Clark of Maxton, and Doretta Clark and the late Hendrick Clark.
Bullard attended Red Springs High School and now attends Sandhills Community College. She works at the Dairy Ranch and Hairs Grocery in Red Springs.
Clark is the grandson of Hazel Lowery of Red Springs and the late Harvey Lowery. He is a graduate of Shannon Assembly of God and works for Jerry’s Painting Service in Fort Bragg.
The wedding will be held at Freedom Assembly of God in Red Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 8.
