Modis Locklear, 83, of 1073 Coy Road, died Oct. 9, 2012, at her home.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
She is survived by five sons, Leevan Locklear of the home, Cleavan Locklear and Lennis Locklear, both of Shannon, Tony Locklear and Timmy Locklear, both of St. Pauls; five daughters, Barbara A. Davis of Virginia, Nancy F. Locklear, Glenda F. Revels, Mattie Locklear; a sister, Ceroshie Maynor of Pembroke; four grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
