Gwendolyn Pearson Cathins, 60, of Robinwood Apartments, died Nov. 1, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. James AME Church, the Rev. Tim McKoy officiating. Burial will follow in Panthersford Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Reagan Carthins of Red Springs; seven brothers, Ledford Pearson Jr. and Johnny Pearson, both of Red Springs, Dwight Pearson of Garner, Dean Pearson of Shannon, Carl Pearson of Red Springs, Reggie Pearson of Greenville and Lonnie Blue, of Owings Mill, Md.; three sisters, Sherry Ingraham of Atlanta, Sharay King of Nanuet, N.Y., and Lecia Pearson, of Knightdale; and two grandchildren

The visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today at L.E. Floyd Funeral Home in Red Springs.
