LUMBERTON — A world-renowned step-dancing group is kicking and jumping its way to the Carolina Civic Center on Friday.
The Hunt Family Fiddlers, a musical family and champion fiddlers and Irish dancers, will bring a step-dancing family of nine to Lumberton. Tickets are $15 and the show starts at 8 p.m.
The group performs all kinds of music, including Celtic, bluegrass, inspirational, popular and original tunes.
Parents Clint and Sandy have been on two tours of the United States with their seven children, whose names all start with “J” — Justin, Jonathan, Jordan, Jamison, Jennifer, Jessica and Joshua.
The Carolina Civic Center is located at 315 N. Chestnut St. in downtown Lumberton. Tickets are available at the theater from 1 to 5 p.m. on weekdays or by calling (910) 738-4339.
