Revels-Locklear
Donald and Ophelia Revels of Pembroke announce the engagement of their daughter, Paula Kay Revels, to Master Sgt. James Eric Locklear, the son of Leroy and Gayle Locklear of Lumberton.
Revels is the granddaughter of the late Norman and Alice Revels of Pembroke, and the late James Eddie and Lula Mae Oxendine of Maxton. She attended West Robeson Senior High and The University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she received a master’s in Business Administration and a bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She works as a Practice Administrator at Southeastern Cardiology and owns Billing Essentials.
Locklear is the grandson of the late Rooservelt and Etta Locklear of Fairmont, and the late James and Bertie Walters of Fairmont. He attended Magnolia High School and Robeson Community College, where he received an associate degree in Criminal Justice. He is a Master Sgt. in the National Guard and has served for nearly 22 years and been deployed on 3 tours.
The wedding will be held on Dec. 8 in the Four Winds Community Building in Lumberton.
Britt-Rogers
Mr. and Mrs. David Britt of Lumberton announce the engagement of their daughter, Missi Britt to William Rogers, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Rogers of Fairmont.
Britt attended Robeson Community College and East Carolina University, and received a master’s in Nursing. She works for Fayetteville Technical Community College.
Rogers attended Fairmont High School and works for Rogers Screen Printing of Fairmont.
The wedding will be held on Dec.15.
