LUMBERTON — Pauline Cox Flowers, 79, of Lumberton, passed away Jan. 18, 2013, at her residence.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Floyd Memorial Chapel, the Revs. George Connor and Jimmy Powers officiating. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery.

She was born in Robeson County on Nov. 8, 1933, to the late Frank Cox and the late Maude Ivey Cox.

She was formerly employed as a time study technician at Burlington Textiles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Flowers.

Flowers is survived by her son, Ronnie Flowers and wife Perry Lynette of the home; two grandchildren, Marlena Lynette Flowers and Korbin Krien; and two step-grandchildren, Brian Hopkins and David Hopkins.

The visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Inc.
