To the Editor,
I read with interest a story in The Robesonian in which Commissioner Raymond Cummings said that he had received no phone calls or complaints about the ccommissioners’ discretionary funds. I have called Mr. Cummings at his home and on his cell phone multiple times and there is never an answer.
Perhaps Mr. Cummings will read this. If he does, I want him to know that I do have concerns about the discretionary fund, that they are bloated and that they are distributed without a vote of the board.
