James E. Sampson, 75, of 619 Normal St., died Nov. 11, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lumbee Memorial Gardens.
Sampson is survived by his wife, Katie Sampson of the home; a daughter, Rebecca R. Sampson of Pembroke; a son, Kelvin K. Sampson of Lumberton; three brothers, David Brooks and Veirl Brooks, both of Pembroke, and Ray Brooks of Greenville; two grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
The visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Holiness Church on Normal Street in Pembroke.
