William Alexander Cain, 66, of Bladenboro, passed away Nov. 28, 2012.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Sandy Grove Baptist Church, the Revs. Larry Hayes, Jerry Beck, and Bruce Cannon officiating. Burial will follow in Bladen Memorial Gardens.

Alexander had a love for people. He spiritually and physically fed many people at the Sandy Grove Church Fellowship Hall. Because of his love for his church and community, the family desires once more for you to fellowship at the Sandy Grove Fellowship Hall in his memory.

He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence Fletcher and Leta Deaver Cain; and his son, Samuel Hudson Cain.

He is survived by a son, Heath Cain and wife Teresa of Lillington; a brother, Jimmy Cain and wife Peggy of Bladenboro; two sisters, Joyce Cain and husband Eric and Frances Packer and husband Tommy; and a stepgrandchild, Austin M. Taylor.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m today at the Fellowship Hall.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials can be made to Sandy Grove Baptist Church, 8333 N.C. 242 South, Bladenboro, N.C., 28320.
