Heather Renee Monroe, 30, of Fayetteville, died Dec. 11, 2012, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center .
A memorial will be noon Saturday at Saint Pauls Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Don Goforth officiating.
She is survived by her mother, Cynthia Butler; her father, James Thrash; two brothers, James Thomas (Tommy) Thrash II and Jeffery Culbreath; and a stepfather, John Butler.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon before the service.
