Barbara Walters White, 69, of St. Pauls, died Dec. 18, 2012, at her home.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Pauls, the Rev. Aaron Butler officiating.

She was born in Robeson County on Jan. 8, 1943, to the late Neal Walters and Edna Phillips. She retired from the Public Schools of Robeson County as a teaching assistant.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Dove and her husband Franklin; her father, Neal A. Walters and his wife Laura; a brother, Neil Walters and his wife Evelyn; her cousins, Bette W. Pittman, Ann Herndon and Earl Phillips; her half-brothers, Chuck and Ronnie Walters and Billy Driggers; and a half-sister, Carolyn Walters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Annie H. McEachern Public Library, 223 W. Broad St., St. Pauls, N.C., 28384.
