Mary E. Dahl
FAIRMONT — Mary Ellen Spaulding Dahl, 70, of 135 W. Dew Road, passed away Feb. 11, 2013, at McLeod Hospice of Florence, S.C.
The funeral will be 7 p.m. Friday at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Lumberton, the Rev. Dennis Harrell officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery in Rowland.
She was born Nov. 29, 1942, in Robeson County to the late William and Mattie Burleson Spaulding.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by seven brothers and a grandson.
She is survived by her husband, Waltz “Buddy” Dahl of the home; two sons, Greg Dahl of Pasadena, Md., and Jeff Dahl and wife Melanie of Fairmont; a daughter, Connie Dipinto of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Gerald Spaulding of Asheville and Cardell Spaulding of Raleigh; three grandchildren, Mia Dahl, Sarah Dipinto, and Ronnie Dahl Jr.; and a great-grandchild.
The visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Lumberton.
