Lumberton
Inez Gainey Barnhill, 92, of 1003 E. Ninth St., died May 18, 2005, Beverly Healthcare.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Godwin Heights Baptist Church, the Rev. Lynn Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
She was a member of Godwin Heights Baptist Church, which she loved dearly. She also loved flowers and all animals.
She was preceded in death her husband, O.L. “Barney” Barnhill; and a daughter, Jeanette McCarley.
Surviving are a son, Bobby Williams Sr. of Lumberton; a daughter, Betty W. Shaw of Wilmington; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory in Lumberton.
