Information sought on missing St. Pauls man

ST. PAULS — A St. Pauls man has been missing for more than two months after going to Myrtle Beach, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert Lee Durden Jr., 41, left St. Pauls in a green minivan around May 1 to go to South Carolina with Billie Mitchell. Durden’s brother spoke to him by phone on May 31, when Durden was in Tennessee, but friends and family have been unable to reach him or Mitchell since. The minivan was last seen in Holden’s Beach.

Durden is an Indian male, about 5 feet 11, inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He was reported missing to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday.
