Robeson County crime report


Chad Skinner reported Tuesday that an $800 catalytic converter was stolen from BPS Automotive on Godwin Avenue in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Billy Bass, of South Broadridge Road, Orrum, reported Sunday that $2,590 worth of tools were stolen from his car at Lowes Home Improvement on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Latasha Jennings, of East Seventh Street, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that a $200 cell phone and $80 in cash were stolen from her home, according to a police report.

Billy Locklear reported Tuesday that someone broke into a Public Schools of Robeson County vehicle at the system’s Central Office on Caton Road, causing $100 in damage to a window, and stole a $300 vacuum pump, a $300 volt meter and $120 worth of refrigerator gauges, according to a police report.


The following break-ins were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Bartinus Locklear, of Beulah Church Road, Lumberton; Tony Tigart, of East Third Street, Parkton; Annie Efird, of Shelia Drive, Parkton; Jonathon Barnes, of Bloomingdale Road, Orrum; Andre Powell, of Jefferson Road, Maxton; and Eddie Carbough, of Clifford Road, Red Springs.
