Frank Locklear, 79, of 77 Hiawatha Road, Pembroke, died Thursday at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Revs. Lamarr Jackson and Johnnie Pollard officiating. Burial will follow at Lumbee Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred Locklear of the home; four sons, Lloyd Locklear and Jimmy Locklear, both of Lumberton, Larry Locklear of Pembroke, and Chris Locklear of Charlotte; two daughters, Linda Locklear of Maxton, and Sheryl Lindsey of Pembroke; three brothers, Lacy Locklear, Luke Locklear, and Zeb Locklear, all of Pembroke; four sisters, Annie Lizzie Jones, Retha Locklear, Edna Lowry, and Betty Lou Emanuel, all of Pembroke; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
